A great fallacy in the professional world is to think that by studying at a university "better", the person graduated there will have better performance in the workplace.
Today I write a little here to break that myth. The University only gives knowledge to graduate early, you can not give more than that. The university no longer just a simple game where the student knows the teacher's movements and try to get the best grade on an examination or practical work.
I was fortunate to know three universities very good academic standing, and in different countries, and take out some conclusions
- If one does not apply the acquired knowledge, only in simple stories are told of a teacher to a student.
- People who have good grades can not get to have a good labor market performance.
To close this post on my blog, I will tell a story with another of my loves, martial arts:
Where did I say that Sipalki , many begin with the questions: Who wins, a taekwondo or karate? "One of Jiu Jitsu or a Muay Thai ?, And as I always say, what matters is not the martial art but the artist.
Greetings and the next entry,
Lang Ale Alvarez
