My college is better than yours (It is not art but the artist)

A great fallacy in the professional world is to think that by studying at a university "better", the person graduated there will have better performance in the workplace.
Today I write a little here to break that myth. The University only gives knowledge to graduate early, you can not give more than that. The university no longer just a simple game where the student knows the teacher's movements and try to get the best grade on an examination or practical work.
I was fortunate to know three universities very good academic standing, and in different countries, and take out some conclusions

• If one does not apply the acquired knowledge, only in simple stories are told of a teacher to a student.
• People who have good grades can not get to have a good labor market performance.

Al Masters really do give something extra that the study does not grade. Many of the stories one has to relate and learn. A master give business some 70 short stories (I'm talking about an MBA ) that one does not reach them to life in a work context. But a university can best only a tiny percentage change from one person to another.

Where did I say that Sipalki , many begin with the questions: Who wins, a taekwondo or karate? "One of Jiu Jitsu or a Muay Thai ?, And as I always say, what matters is not the martial art but the artist.
