melted butter - 60 grs.

Preparing the dough:
These amounts are for about 22 units, the size of my Pancake 20cm square. side.
Place in a bowl and beat eggs. Then pour the milk and mix.
Sift flour and mix to incorporate parts. The preparation obtained should not have lumps.
Add melted butter and mix. The preparation should be more venus thickening, in case need to be corrected with a little milk.
Cover with a film and lead to the fridge for a couple of hours.
Filling preparation: The amounts shown
allow the assembly of approximately 14 cannelloni pulsudos, or very filling, as I like, Marcela prefers less filling. Place in a saucepan
oil and butter, finely chop the onion, pepper and garlic. Bring the fire until transparent.
Remove sausage and add to the mixture, keeping the fire to cook it.
Mince the pork, I added some 100grs. bacon salt, and add to the bottom of vegetables before.
Chop and add the drained spinach. All this over medium heat, medium low. Mix.
Remove from heat and add the grated Reggianito, season, stir and let cool.
Add eggs, mix and set aside.
